Scope

AUREVIX provides IT and software consulting, development, integration, digital solutions, maintenance and related technical services within the scope agreed with the client.

Quotes and orders

Commercial scope, pricing, deliverables, timing and payment conditions are set out in the quotation or accepted order.

Client responsibilities

The client provides the information, access, decisions and feedback reasonably required to perform the service.

Intellectual property

Any intellectual-property allocation or licence terms applicable to a deliverable are defined in the quotation, order or specific contract.

Confidentiality

Each party shall protect confidential information received in connection with the engagement.

Payment

Payment follows the conditions stated in the accepted quotation or order. Taxes and applicable charges are applied according to the applicable rules.

Liability

AUREVIX is responsible for performing the agreed services with reasonable professional care. Liability is subject to applicable French law and the contractual terms.

Termination

Termination conditions, notice and amounts due are defined by the accepted order or contract and applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
